Return & Refund Policy

WindMode supports standard 30-day return and refund service to protect your shopping rights. The specific rules are as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

You can apply for a return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods. The returned items must be unused, unwashed, intact, with original tags and original packaging, without artificial damage, stains or wear traces.

2. Refund Rules

- For product quality problems, wrong shipment or missing items: we support free return, exchange or full refund, and we will bear the corresponding return shipping cost.

- Forpersonal reasons (inappropriate size, dislike style): we support return and refund, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost.

3. Return Process

Contact our official email to submit a return application → wait for official review and return address confirmation → send back the goods → after receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Situation

Products damaged artificially, washed, worn, missing tags, or returned beyond the 30-day period are not eligible for return and refund. Custom products are not supported for return.
